Items needed
Start: Speak to Manni the Reveller in Rellekka.
Skills: Level 57 Magic, Level 50 Agility, Level 41 Hunter, Level 43 Herblore
Quests: Royal Trouble, The Fremennik Isles and Mountain Daughter.
What you need: Pickaxe, Plank, Pole (obtained during quest), One Clean Irit, Pestle and Mortar, Empty Vial, Ten Earth Runes and One Cosmic Rune. Must be able to survive in a multi combat area with foes around level 90 and be able to defeat a multi attack style level 156 monster.
Recommended Items: Armour, Energy Potions, Teleport to Relleka, Fairy Rings Ability.
Recommended Quests: Lunar Diplomacy (for the extra reward)
Fast Quest Walkthrough:
[1] Talk to Manni the Reveller in the Fremennik long hall.
[2 Talk to King Vargas in Miscellania OR Mawnis Burrowgar in Neitiznot.
[3] Talk to Manni, then Brundt.
[4] Talk to King Vargas.
[5] Talk to Mawnis Burrowgar.
[6] Bring a pickaxe, go north of the polar hunter area, inspect the footprints and dig open the cave.
[7] Run to the south west.
[8] Kill level 156 Nial Swiftfling, pick up all his drops.
[9] Go to the mountain camp, with Aslief's Herb Pouch and the Yeti hair, a plank, an empty vial, a pestle and mortar, 10 earth runes and 1 cosmic rune, and 1 clean irit, take a pole from the goat pen and go to the center of the lake.
[10] Talk to Aslief by listening to the shining water.
[11] Grind the diamond root and enchant, then combine the ingredients to create the yeti cure potion.
[12] Talk to King Vargas and make him human, he will agree to go to the feast.
[13] Talk to Brundt, and he will agree to go to the feast.
[14] Go to Jatizso and talk to Freygerd.
[15] Talk to King Gjuki Sorvott IV, and persuade him to remove the emigration tax.
[16] Give Freygerd Nial’s axe.
[17] Talk to Mawnis Burrowgar and he will agree to go to the feast.
[18] Talk to Manni.
