I have now found out i can add the "thanks" option. If you notice at the top of posts it says "thanks". Click that and it will give, whoever you gave thanks too, +1 rep. Also, there is a + sign and a - sign, at the right hand corner.
There is also something called points. If you notice on your post it tells you how many points you have.
If you are wondering how to get these so called "points". All you gotta do is post, each post gives you a different amout of +.
For example: Richhy says "great job!" he would get 2.
It's all according to which topic's you post on.
